Epalazzo Cooking school

Having studied regional cooking in italy for three years, Anton-Uro shares his passion for gastronomics @ Epalazzo . Accompanied by your favourite bottle of wine, come and join our cooking courses and learn to cook authentic Italian cuisine. Our cooking courses are a preferred meduim for teambuilding endeavours and comes highly recommended by our corporate clients such as Southern Sun.

All ingredients – dry and fresh - are imported directly from Parma , Italy on a weekly basis. The cooking courses includes all regional cooking from Parma in Northern Italy – Gnocchi di fritta to Siccily in the far south - cannoli. Students cook antipasti, prima piati, secondo piati & dolci. After the piati’s have been prepared by the students , our staff style a table in our restaurant, where students can enjoy
